Policies and Class Requirements
Mandatory Class Requirements
- The waiting area is for parents and students only.
- We do not provide changing facilities.
- The studio toilet facility is available for students only during class hours.
- Please ensure your child uses the bathroom and is completely ready in uniform before entering the class.
- Students are to arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts.
- Students are to demonstrate punctuality and regularity.
- An Identity Card is issued at the time of enrolment. Parents/authorized persons must carry the child’s Identity Card to be shown at pickups. Children will not be released to an unauthorized person without the proper Identity Card.
- Pick-ups and drop-offs are to be as quick and efficient as possible. This IS NOT a time to talk to teachers about your child. Teachers are available to meet with prior appointment only.
- It is most important for students to demonstrate regularity and meet the class attendance requirements in order to make progress.
- Failure to observe the rules may result in students being expelled.
- Bella Academy reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse admission to any participants prior to, or during the course.
- Kindly note the minimum annual attendance is 90% in order to be considered for examinations at the end of the year.
Note to Parents
Your parental involvement in encouraging your child to practice her ballet movements at home will be a key factor in the success of your child’s progress. We look forward to your child’s participation in a unique learning experience.

- We recognize the inherit potential and talent of each student and encourage students to have high aspirations and expectations.
- We provide challenges and opportunities for each student to discover and develop their own unique gifts.
