Bella Academy’s dance instructors are trained in correct dance technique and physical instruction; however dancing is a strenuous activity from which injuries could arise.

Bella Academy takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes and provides a safe learning environment for dance teaching practice. Bella Academy, Anabelle Lunawat (Director & Founder) and the Academy’s teachers / staff are NOT LIABLE for any injuries, or loss of, or damage to personal property.

Each student may decline to participate in any activity. Please inform instructor of any physical limitations you may have. If you are in doubt as to your physical abilities, please consult your physician before participating. Bella Academy cannot dispense medication.

Dancers under the age of 21 must include the signature of their parent or legal guardian with their signed release. Participants understand and agree to Bella Academy’s policies. Participants release and hold harmless Bella Academy, Anabelle Lunawat and the teachers / staff for any and all claims, losses and suits.
